Sixth Republic & institutions

Establish a new parliamentary system through a citizens' constituent assembly. Hand power back to French citizens with a rebuilt Constitution, far from the current presidentialism.

Ecological planning

Apply the “green rule”: never take more than nature can replenish. Launch a vast building insulation programme and accelerate the energy transition.

Social justice & sharing wealth

Significantly raise the minimum wage and bring welfare floors up to the poverty line. Make tax more progressive, heavily tax very high incomes and large inheritances. Cut working time to 32 hours and ban stock-market layoffs.

Public services & pensions

Strengthen public hospitals, recruit massively and guarantee 100% reimbursement of care by social security. Guarantee fully free schooling up to university. Restore retirement at 60 for a full 40-year career.

Europe & sovereignty

Renegotiate the European treaties to break with liberal dogma. If negotiations fail, the “plan B” provides for a sovereign exit. Defend a diplomacy of peace and non-alignment on the world stage.
