Terms of use

Rules governing access to and use of the Baromètre 2027 website.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Purpose

These terms of use define the conditions for accessing and using the Baromètre 2027 website (the “Site”), published by elouardiGroup. The Site is an independent aggregator bringing together opinion polls, news, videos and information about candidates in the 2027 French presidential election.

2. Acceptance of the terms

Accessing and using the Site constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the Site. The publisher may amend the terms at any time; the version in force when you visit is the applicable version.

3. Access to the Site

The Site is available free of charge to anyone with Internet access. Any related costs, including equipment and connectivity, remain the user’s responsibility. The publisher seeks to keep the Site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend it for maintenance or technical reasons without notice or compensation.

4. Nature of the information published

The Site does not conduct its own polls and does not collect visitors’ political opinions. The figures shown come from third-party polling organisations and sources and are aggregated for information only.

A poll is a snapshot of opinion at a given time and includes a margin of error; it is neither a forecast nor an election result. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of information consulted on the Site.

5. Neutrality and independence

The Site is independent and has no political affiliation. It supports no candidate or party. Candidates are displayed using a neutral ordering, for example from left to right, solely for readability and without implying any hierarchy of value.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s structure, visual identity and original editorial content are protected. Unauthorised reproduction or reuse is prohibited. Polling data, logos, photographs and referenced press content remain the property of their respective rights holders and are cited with a source and a link to the original. Removal requests may be sent to contact@elouardigroup.com.

7. Third-party links and content

The Site links to external websites, including polling organisations, news publishers, video channels and official candidate or party websites. The publisher has no control over these resources and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability or terms of use.

8. Partnerships and sponsorships

The Site may feature clearly identified partners or sponsors. Such support is not targeted advertising and plays no role in selecting, ranking or editorially presenting candidates or content.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Liability

The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure information is accurate but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors, omissions or interruptions. Users acknowledge that they use the Site at their own responsibility.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If no amicable resolution can be reached, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts. Questions may be sent to contact@elouardigroup.com.
