2. What data is collected
The Site is an aggregator of public polls and does not ask visitors to share their political opinion or to create an account. The data processed is limited to:
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, via cookies (see section 5).
- Advertising data: if the advertising network is enabled (Google AdSense), it may place cookies after your consent (see section 5).
- Contact data: if you use the contact form, your message is sent by your email software to contact@elouardigroup.com; the name and e-mail you provide there are then supplied voluntarily.
The Site collects no sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (in particular visitors' political opinions).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Operating and securing the Site — legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Displaying advertising — legal basis: consent.
- Replying to contact messages — legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. Retention period
Browsing data is kept for a maximum of 12 months. Any contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of 12 months.
5. Cookies
The Site uses cookies. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise their use. No non-essential cookie is placed without your consent.
- Essential cookies: required for operation, placed without consent.
- Advertising cookies: Google AdSense, subject to consent.
You can change your choices at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
6. Data sharing
Data is neither sold nor transferred. It may be processed by our technical providers (host OVH, advertising network Google) acting on our behalf. Some providers, in particular Google, may transfer data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards.
