2. What data is collected
The Site is an aggregator of public polling data and does not ask visitors to disclose political opinions or create an account. Data processing is limited to:
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies (see section 5).
- Audience-measurement data: only when an optional tool is enabled after consent.
- Contact data: if you use the contact form, your message is sent by your email software to contact@elouardigroup.com; any name and email address entered are provided voluntarily.
The Site does not collect special-category data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR, including visitors’ political opinions.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Operating and securing the Site — legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Measuring aggregated audience data — legal basis: consent.
- Replying to contact messages — legal basis: legitimate interests.
4. Retention periods
Browsing data is retained for no more than 12 months. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and may then be archived for no more than 12 months.
5. Cookies
The Site uses cookies. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or customise their use. No non-essential cookie is placed without your consent.
- Essential cookies: required for operation and placed without consent.
- External content and audience measurement: subject to consent.

Data is neither sold nor transferred and is not shared with partners or sponsors. It may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary for operating the Site.
